You can count me in if this gets going, I'm at Newbourne just outside
Ipswich.  I might be able to offer some hosting of website and/or
mailing list too.  I have a decidely underused account at Gradwell and
they offer mailing lists as well as conventinal web hosting.

I think my (very small) business could run to the cost of paying for a
domain name if someone can suggest a good one to register.
