I'm beginning to think that my mind works in a different way to
everyone else's! I've been trying to find a CMS that suits me and
have tried several so far including the (apparently) most popular two
Drupal and Joomla.
Now it would seem to me that one of the most fundamental requirements
of a CMS is a way to see the structure of your web site, they are
surely aimed at the situation where you have a web site comprising
more than two or three pages. But, at least as far as I can see,
neither Drupal nor Joomla offers any sort of attempt at showing a tree
view or a map of the web site you're creating.
I'm currently playing with Drupal and can't really see how to create a
simple home page with some 'subsidiary' pages. OK, I have wonderful
ways of adding all sorts of different content but I can't see any
simple way to manage the site as a whole.
Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!! :-)
