[ALUG] Handover requests: announce, ICON, www

announce has been handed over to BJ and Jonathan McDowell.  Thanks both!

ICON - still need two people to act as ALUG contact people for listing
on the Norfolk CC database.  Please can some people email me?  You
don't need to do anything except tell people about ALUG if they call
you.  I can set up a redirecting telephone number if you want.

www - please can a webmaster email me or make the changes to the site
editor?
