[ALUG] Apache 2.2 mod_authn_pam

Hi,

After having to upgrade to Apache 2.2 to allow download of > 2GB sized
files, I've found that mod_auth_pam doesn't work with this version.

It's replacement mod_authn_pam is available from sourceforge cvsweb,
however the cvsweb site seems to be broken at the moment.

Does anybody have a copy of this that they could send or put somewhere
for me?
