It appears when I was talking and thinking about depression, there  
was a major one about to hit WHAMMO! Have been in mental hospital and  
am nearly up to the end of my Section.

I really intend to get myself sorted out, but it seems endless at  
present. I tell myself people eventually leave the ward and do not  
return, but it doesn't seem like that now.
