[ALUG] problems locating mesa dependency packages

Hi,

Ive beeen trying to install graphics drivers for an Epia EX10000
board. Ive been following rather detailed and long instructions from
viaarena on building and installing the graphics drivers.
As required dependencies it lists
VIA DRIMesaLib 6.5.2 and required packages for Ubuntu feisty as
mesa_6.5.2.orig.tar.g
mesa_6.5.2-3ubuntu7.diff.gz
It lists lots of other dependencies (all of which I have found and
installed using synaptic). I'm guessing I need to add an extra
repository to find these mesa files. Though googling it has turned out
several places I can actually download the file, I presume using a
package manager to get it is safer.  Also Ive downloaded tohe source
from the mesa site, it doesnt look like these files are in the tar.
Any advice?
