Yeah, I noticed that the other day. I checked the algorithm and it seems to be 
right - as long as its being fed today's date. A possible problem could be 
that it caches the macro result and has no reason to update it.

OK, I've just found that you can begin the macro code with

Dependencies = ["time"]

to make it call the macro every time the page is requested. Lets try it...
