[ALUG] How do people here manage updates (or not)?

OK, thanks.  I currently have Vmware Workstation, recently upgraded to
version 6.01.  It's worth the cost for the simplicity for me, but if
VirtualBox is somewhere near the same place then I'm very happy to
save some money!  :-)
