[ALUG] How can I find what this apache "file does not exist" error is referring to?

Why do I so often find an answer just after asking the question?!  :-)

The answer is to create /var/www/dte-test/httpdocs/images, then the
error log reports the file that's missing in that directory and I can
search for that file's name in the code and find the error.
