Probably it won't affect any ALUGgers, but ElGamal sign+encrypt keys in GnuPG (ones with G in the --list-keys output) have been found to be insecure. See http://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-announce/2003q4/000276.html for more information.
