That is the sender line for Dermot Musgrove. What is the point of a spam check that causes the spam to be transferred across your link three times? I disabled the domain existance check after thinking about that. It's a dialup machine running fetchmail, same as yours sounds to be. I think the problem is yours, too.
I guess it's a valid question, though: what should you set your hostname to if you're going to be using multiple ISPs?
