I'll second that, SuSE is PDG as far as I'm concerned.
I have SuSE 6.3 running on Both Intel and Dec Alpha on my desk at work. Only prob I've had is with the boot process on the Alpha which is a real mess compared to PCs.
Its almost perverse having near identical s/w on different h/w :-)
Its pretty solid as far as I'm concerned. I don't get terrific up times, but thats 'cos I'm writting kernel code :-)
