No, it is a different version of the 2200 that also can do 802.11a, but uses the same drivers :)
ubuntu had no issues whatsoever with the new card, but since installing it my wireless lan has moved from eth1 to eth0 and the Ethernet port that was on eth0 has vanished.
Any ideas on how I get the Ethernet port back on eth0 and the wireless back on eth1
I'm guessing that the new card has nobbled part of the pci bus that the old card wasn't using. Try sticking the old card in and noting pci ids, and the same with the new card. You may also need to look at adding options to the boot, try googling for things like "noapic" "pci=noacpi" and "acpi=off", I have seen problems like you are having when fiddling around with hardware like this, most annoying.
