Andrew, Both nice secure places (guy with the rubber glove is very gentle!!!).. We have never had any problems, and a real bonus is that with it being in a BT building (co-lo is actually BT Ignite) you get excellent service for lines etc.. I had an E1 installed in 2 days recently... Also very good for X.25 etc.. Good backbone access (obviously).. Clean and tidy... Quite the oposite service compared to residential, it's really really good..
Been with them for 3 years and never had to complain or whinge about anything to do with the facility... In fact can't praise them enough... Installed 2 RS6000's and needed extra floor support.. Most places it's a pain in the butt, but not with them, no problems at all..
I'll pass your e-mail address onto our account manager and he'll be able to give you more info than I can (pricing etc..).... Never be afraid of trying something new, remember :

I would have thought anywhere was cheaper than London
eh?
For sheer economies of scale, dumping your boxes where huge pipes converge and where everyone else is hosting will make London cheaper than most places in the UK (except possibly Manchester). Ok, Level 3 may not be the cheapest (have you tried Redbus, James?), but I'd be interested to hear of any cheaper non-London places you are aware of.
Andrew.
