Ever since I wanted to mess about with SRV records, I switched to dyndns.com. It's significantly more expensive for their Custom DNS service than most places, but they do support IP v6 and up to 75 domains (IIRC) through a really well put together web interface.
I'm sure there are cheaper options, but I don't mind paying the extra after a few annoying episodes I had with a cheaper DNS provider ...

It's the second that looks like it may begin to bite soon. Can anyone recommend a reliable DNS provider that will allow me an order of magnitude more subdomains (*) if I move my DNS to them?
