I Have always used 3Com Cards with Linux, In every box I have used one it has worked just fine straight away, it seams 3Com cards give me the least hassle of any that I have tried.

Final question for today :)
I am planning to purchase a 3com ethernet card for my Linux box (Athlon 650
- PCI card required). I know some of you have bought 3com cards in
the past and was wondering what the best option was for Linux support.
I have tended to use NE2000 compatible cards in the past, but recently heard that they put more load on the CPU than they are supposed to. So I thought a change to 3com would be best. Any pros or cons I should be aware of in using 3com ethernet cards with Linux?
Thanks again for your help.
