Life is not always carried out on a list. I prefer face to face contact with the people I am talking with.
While CLUG may have a low volume list the regular Sunday sessions are interesting. There is nothing like a group of like minded people exploring just how different their perspectives are :-)

Too late for me though, I left ages ago. The mailing list at one point was either spam or people arguing if they needed a spam filter. I got off the list as the signal to noise ratio got too much for me.
