If only! My brother and I tried for a long time to get Linux Internet 'phone software (various) to work without luck. We could get a connection from either end but no sound. We disabled all firewalls at one point in case that was the problem - but no luck. The nearest I've got is being able to get sound using Linux Internet 'phone software over my local home network.
