Basically for the sites I'm talking about we maintain the sites anyway, and make fairly substantial code changes for them anyway. And we also do a fair bit of SEO work on the sites based on what we've worked out over the years, but its not our focus and we don't really have the skills to do a great job. So we're more than happy to follow up what we're advised to do.
If the site's a worthy cause and the authors or owners seem willing, I think TTLLP would be open to performance-based payment.
Not sure what qualifies as a "worthy cause" in this context?
