...you'll find hydraulic voting booths installed in most private and public buildings.
The ballot papers can be found on convenient tear-off rolls and, after you have cast your vote, lift the lid on the voting box, deposit your completed ballot paper in the water and operate the handle to deliver your vote to the nearest counting unit.
