Greetings all!
I am not managing to watch the BBC "Look East" news programme on-line. I start with

But, in either case, if while the main "BBC News" programme is on I select "Watch Live", after the end of the main News programme it is followed by the London programme and not by Look East.
Yes, Look East is not streamed live, only downloadable after the event.
Also, if I click on the "Look East" link, there is no option to watch today's Look East, but although yesterday's is allegedly "available on BBC iPlayer", when one clicks on this it is "no longer available"!!!!
Any solutions? Or am I somehow just confused?
The best solution I've come up with is to search for Look East, and go to it's program page (note, not iplayer) and either see the episode there, or click on the previous episodes link, then get the episode there.
Note that I have found this very flakey in the past. Just tried it though, and http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mj5w has an embedded video of tonights program. Note that that is Look East
- East. There is also a Look East - West page/program. Presumably
Look East - East is what you want.
This approach seems to be working tonight!
YMMV, HTH

Thanks, Steve! At 08:00 this morning I was able to watch last night's broadcast as you describe, with "11 hours left". Just now (10:00) it was still working, with "9 hours left". I'll go hrough the business again after today's 13:30 new "Look East - East" broadcast and see if last night's is still available (it should be, with "6 hours left", if the availability info is correct). But it may not be -- I suspect that availability is a bit hit and miss!
Best wishes, Ted.
