However, looking at it constructively, there are a number of features which I can't seem to find. To take one example at random, one of the ideas discussed last night was a support questions page, where a user can ask a question and get answers recorded by other members.

For some reason I have never managed to access the WIKI.
ACCESS DENIED
You have been blocked from accessing this site due to the security settings in place

This is only a temporary measure until stricter posting rules are put in place.
Not sure what filters are in place, or what basis I'm blocked. (The /29 of IP address space this e-mail comes from has been assigned to me for longer than ALUG has had the Wiki!)
I've never really been too active in ALUG (I live in Woodbridge, and it's too much of a trek). But my tuppence worth is that keep unified with ALUG (perhaps ipswich.alug.org.uk, norwich.alug.org.uk could be arranged to pint (or even point) to a different starting page on a shared wiki).
Been from Woodbridge I'm more likely to care about The Milestone over the Reindeer- but if it comes to a technical issue then I don't care about geography.
