That would be the SirCam Trojan virus that's responsible for that one. It picks a random file from your Windoze machine and then sends in on, with itself attached to it, using the attachment name as the subject of the email. It does a lot of other nasty stuff too - too numerous to mention here.
I've just had to install Trend Micro InterScan on our email gateway at work as well as ensuring all our Windoze machines are updated to ensure that nobody executes these batch files and passes this bugger on.
It's virus season again :) A hunting we will go .. a hunting we will go...
