This came from Mint 'Update' service and when I tried to instal it I got msg as listed.
I haven't come across "Broken filter" previously, so hence my present fix as I am unable to instal this kernel update unless I locate/fix/remove '3 broken packages'.
I'd be happy to carry on with present kernel installed, but probably this is not the correct 'option' going forward!
