All the planning orders have been on display at your local planning department in Alpha Centauri for 12 of your Earth years, so you've had plenty of time to lodge any formal complaint and it's far too late to start making a fuss about it now. The good thing is Ian's mail client claims to be SeaMonkey/2.0.8 so maybe the next SeaMonkey will have the same fix as Thunderbird 3 and these boring exchanges will stop.
