Interesting, no first hop, which I'd expect to be your router, check that the default route you have set is correct on the box, try tracerouting elsewhere, check that you actually have a default route, stop blocking ICMP at the router...
Making the assumption that you're NATing these connections, then it could also be a bug in your nat configuration. Definately sounds like it's something internal to you.
