Just got told about this on the blug mailing list, so thought I'd pass it on: http://www.opensourc3.org/
Is fairly advert heavy in the pdf, but nothing that can't be easily skipped past, looks like issue one is a brief introduction, I'm hoping issue two gets a little more indepth.
Anyways - not a completely bad read - worth having a quick squint at.

Hmmm ... I think, Brett, that following your announcement the site has been DOS'd by the combined onslaught of millions of us ALUG folk!

"Oh bother!", said Pooh.
Cos I still had it open though, I've thrown a copy up at: http://miranda.sommitrealweird.co.uk/~brettp/opensourc3/issue1.pdf
Might not live there for long... but then again, might just get forgotten about and sit there forever!
Cheers,
Brett Parker
Thanks, Brett! I managed to get there before the rest of you, so I have now downloaded it. Will read it in more detail later. First impression: very pretty production, potentially interesting content.
Possibly a bit arrogant, though, to announce -- already on page 1 of Issue 1 -- "The Premier Unified Computing magazine for IT Professionals"! -- unless "Premier Unified Computing" is the name of some parent organisation ...
Cheers, Ted.
