Alug's web site and mailing list traffic doesn't cosume much bandwith (I barely go over 200Mb per month even with my own personal sites) and everything can be shifted over via various tarballs. Mailman is incredibly easy to install and integrate into any Exim or Sendmail system.
If anybody would like to take over, please drop me a mail off-list and we can start sorting out what's going to happen.
