I think two sites on one day is too much. Why not take advantage of the May/June split and have ALUG do both dates, one in each venue?

April - try to get a King's Lynn venue, probably tomorrow. May 19th - Syleham (BJ, did you book it already?) Linux Install Day]

June 9th - UEA Norwich (need someone to book this) Linux Install Day
July } { One of these a BBQ, maybe at Syleham?
Should be okay if the hall is not being used.
Aug. } { One of these a normal meeting, maybe at Elmswell?
