I not sure if already have it on Redhat 7.2 so if any one could tell me where to find it i would be very greatful

and if some one could give me information on how to install software then would be great too, Everytime i install RPM files i get a failed message
so
maybe im downloading the wrong drivers or wrong kernal verison,im new to linux so i dont know much about installing software,
What is the 'failed' message?
