Is anybody dealing with these requests?

Perhaps a small email saying welcome, a URL to the install page on the website , http://www.alug.org.uk/contrib/?May%2019th and a URL to the poster Ricardo has done (Is it accessible from the website, Ricardo?).
Along the lines of "Dear Interested Person, Thanks for your interest in the Anglian LUG install day! All the information you may need about what the day is for and what you can get out of it can be found on our website http://www.alug.org.uk/contrib/?May%2019th
or please feel free to join the mailing list to ask any questions you may have about linux or the install day. We also have an IRC meeting on [fill in channel details here] where members of alug hang out on a Monday night adn can answer any questions you may have about what the day entails."
And one person can be responsible for sending this mail to any such requests, thus avoiding bombarding the list with it many times.
