good, cheap, fast == pick any two ;) I figure that the fritz cards are like 25 quid each or something? other than that i don't know what the other options are under linux.
When I used ISDN under Linux I used a Courier I-Modem, which certainly wasn't cheap but was lovely. Talks to almost anything it seems (v90, X2, ISDN (even at 9600 to mobiles), fax and so on). I had an external one which meant it was fairly easy to setup as it just looks like a normal modem.
