It was alright, I already knew most of the background etc. although I feel it must of been very enlightening to people who already know some of the background of hacking etc. but not the full history, but I must say the representation of the "hacker" was very lacking. It seemed to infer that hackers used to be good and now they are bad! I felt that the program would of had more credibility (on a personal level) if they made a distinction between people who "hack" and people who "crack"
This kind of representation can prove a little difficult to overcome in social situations. I have told people (in a social setting) that I am a Unix hacker before and they freak out because they think I am stealing their credit card numbers! this program did little to redress the balance only to re-enforce it.
