I'm just panicking on two things really: a decent disclaimer and people. If anyone has thoughts on the former, please email me overnight so I can type it up, else I'll crib from wherever ;-)
Are, somebody who hasn't read, or have to hand, a copy of the Hitchkihers guide to the Galaxy, because if you did you would know the most important thing. Don't Panic.
I'm hoping Steve Fosdick will be bring his printer, so if he doesn't mind we can make alterations to the disclaimer on the day. But the main things we need to make sure is that we aren't repsonsable for any loss of data, also that we aren't responsable for any damage/breakages. We don't want a Harddisk failing half way through install and us getting the blame for the harddisk companies error.
On the people front, if 80% of those who have said will come, come, we will have lots of people. My biggest fear is no one turning up. It'll be a lot of effort if no one turns up for installs.
But like I said in the beginning "IMHO if we can convert just one person, it would have all been well worth it"
Oh, and I've a slight problem with debian CDs, so although I have images and should have more blanks tomorrow, if people are prepared to burn on the day, it would be a great help.
I think we will have people with CD burners coming, but what do we have in the way of blanks.
Also have my books arrived?
Thanks
