One thing discussed in Ely last night was that Milton Brewery [1] do tours of the brewery, apparently for 10 quid per person, minimum 10 people. For this they will give you lots of free beer and food and of course the brewery tour :D are people interested?
Daniel knows more though so it is perhaps best for him to fill in the gaps.
