I get this Steve: ls: cannot access /usr/share/sane/snapscan/SnapScan1212U_2.bin: No such file or directory Which is less than helpful, imo. However this is more promising: [snapscan] Cannot open firmware file /usr/share/sane/snapscan/your-firmwarefile.bin. [snapscan] Edit the firmware file entry in snapscan.conf. How do I do this? Bev.
