Mine all just worked, I was really impressed. You try upgrading windows while your bit-torrent client is still running....

Just upgraded my VPS to Etch - the only complication was the change in the way Amavis is configured, so I had a bit of spam for an hour while I poked Amavis into working again using slightly less memory.
