[ALUG] Website meeting updates.

Can't remember who other than Mark can make these changes, so being lazy and sending them to the list 'cos I know he's always busy. Updates for http://www.alug.org.uk/meetings/2004/ and http://www.alug.org.uk/venues/norwich.html Though actually someone wants to move /2004/ to /2005/ and have the new meetings there.
