I've found their 123-reg service to be absolutely diabolical over the past six months or so; it's taken them the best part of four months to answer ONE query about credits and even then it's not properly resolved. They are awful. Hosteurope, when I last tried them, were incredibly slow at dealing with *anything*. Them and Fasthosts are on feckwit list of incompetent companies.
