OK LinuxNewbie.Com is live... Yes it does exist :-).
I'd appreciate some real testing by you guys including some feedback.
I'm quite interested in how large/small the fonts look to you from various browsers in various platforms (Windows included). Unfortunately it's a bit hit-and-miss as to which browsers/platforms a problem with large text occurs.
Anyhow, give it a look over (mainly for bugs) and hopefully you'll all feel an urge to contribute some content, perhaps even become a full staff member (voluntary, of course ;).
I am in #linuxnewbie on irc.openprojects.net most sane hours (and a number of insane hours...), so come on by and talk.
I look forward to your feedback...

Anyone know of any contract vacancies for a php/perl/mysql/apache guy? Am available at the end of this month. Have tried various agencies but have drawn a blank.
Cheers.

The best I know of is permanent vacancies at Zeus, you can look at http://www.zeus.com/careers/ that goes for all of you on the list btw.
We are still recruiting heavily and will be doing so for the forseable future.
Adam (PS I hope to make irc next monday, i was working late again on Monday)
