Does anyone know what kernel (2.4.18) options are needed for the Firestarter package (0.8.9 as I'm running Gnome 1.4)?
And are there any other packages I should install first (iptables?).

Just select iptables in the kernel (modules or into the kernel)

Hmm.. I can't find that option in the 2.4.18 config file, but there is a whole bunch of stuff for netfilter. Are one or more of these equivalent?
