I want to build an on-line questionnaire, a very basic one, are there any ready made applications in the Linux/Open Source world for doing this?
I've read good things about limesurvey (web based).
Sam.

Yes, that's what I've found, "survey" was a better search term than "questionnaire". It seems to be pretty good so an added recommendation gives me confidence to go ahead and try it, thanks.

Limesurvey (formerly phpsurveyor?) and askpeople are the big two. Limesurvey is high end and askpeople is much simpler. I've used both for work, and surveying add-ons for many CMS/framework systems.
Hope that helps,

Thanks, I hadn't found or heard of askpeople and, although limesurvey looks quite good it does possibly seem a bit 'heavy' for what we want. So I'll take a look at askpeople too.
