No, I did restart samba and apache, also have checked all through /etc/network and ifconfig. Ifconfig is showing the card as there and raring to go. Log files: apache/error.log shows nothing abnormal, even though i've been trying to access webpages from windows machine on network and failing. apache/access.log doesn't recognise that the machine has been trying to reach the pages. I thought there may be a method for checking the settings for a network card, similar to the config program I ran on the 3c509. Thanks. Jen.
