There's a bit on debian's web site http://www.uk.debian.org/ which will find out which package a given file is in. Or you can use "dpkg -S filename" on a system which has it installed, but that can be a catch 22...
DNS is disabled, WINS server is enabled, above address. Do I have to handle this differently?
I'm not sure, but you probably need to give it a working DNS. Maybe nameserver 139.222.1.5 is visible from outside UEA still? Or try your ISP's settings. Or get a local DNS. ;-)
