I see from David's draft website, the question of distribution has arisen again. In an attempt to avoid the normal discussion being repeated, I'll just point out that we have a large quantity of Mandrake CDs available, Debian is common on campus and there will be a mirror available, but I think having a distribution which installs inside a DOS or Windows partition could be useful. Any suggestions as to which? Peanut?
Time to get reading the Mandrake and Debian installation guides...
Can we have the "we need this" list from my earlier email on the page too?
