Has anyone ever heard of an SE30? It's a tiny old all-in-one mac, with monochrome display and a 40M hard drive. My bro' is interested in installing linux on it. Then using to send/ receive mail. Possible? Jen.

Might be. Have a look at mklinux, failing that, I bet NetBSD runs on it. -- pkl.net/~trj ..::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::. /\_./o__ ....:::::::::' How do I love thee? NetBSD, maybe. It's not listed. http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/mac68k/ is the port (I think the SE30 is motorola 68k based..) http://www.macbsd.com/ has some useful links (for linux as well as bsd)
Came across these while looking for something else. http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/m68k/install http://www.mac.linux-m68k.org/ Syd
