Hi all,
It's all gone a bit mad here, but I've managed (finally) to book a room for ALUG4 on Sunday 24 October, from 1400->1700 (presumably heading for the bar afterwards as usual). It's only the same room as last time, but I'm hoping to prepare our external network connection in advance this time.

Is this confirmed yet? If so I'll pencil it in my diary as a weekend at home from uni :)
Perhaps some pre-prepared CDs of Debian, SuSE and RH6.1 can also be obtainable? I'll buy a 2 quid RH6.1 CD...

Yes please anybody with a leased line etc. I could use a RH6.1 thank you very much.
Can't get anywhere with Debian's loader at all. Maybe I'll give that a go at the next meet when I can get some help!
Cheers,
BJ

Naturally, we'll try our best. There are a few SuSE users about, I think (Laurie?). Perhaps we should compile a list of who uses what? If so, I'll try to pressurise Andrew into adding it to the website.

I can help you with SuSE, no problems, it's the onlyu distro I use, and I have been using it for a year now (caveat: IANAG).
Cheers, Laurie.
