The site appears to only have August's meeting on it.
When I click on the 2600 link at the top of the page I get:

I suspect that aviva are using a filtering proxy (such as bluecoat) which operates site blacklisting. Sites such as 2600 are often blacklisted on grounds of offering "hacker tools".
