This is a simple test email to the list. It appears to be down as there has been no traffic since 14 February - and I at least have sent mail. Unfortunately, my mail to the list was about mail problems my end (!) so I'm not /entirely/ sure the problem is not just mine.....

(As promised, this is the other email from an address which is not registered to the list in the hope that it will get bounced to a moderator who may notice a problem.

It actually came from the same address, but a different one wouldn't have helped. mailman had failed to restart properly after a glibc upgrade and as it processes the bounces as well that wouldn't have got delivered either. IRC is probably the best way to poke people if things look broken (though it seems no one there noticed either).
