I am very happy with my Sumsung SyncMaster 204b. So happy, in fact, it became the standard issue for engineers where I work.
20", 1600x1200, VGA and DVI.
It might only be 4:3, but, compared to the extremely popular 1280x1024 (5:4) monitors (usually 17" to 19"), it looks wide. The price is good too.

I've had a number of Hanns-G monitors go though to customers and they've always looked like good ones to me. My understanding (from what distributors told me at the time, I can't find anything to back this up now) is that the engineers behind Relisys when it went into receivership were the basis of Hanns-G. Like I say I can't back that up so treat it as gossip unless someone can confirm it, although it came to me through what I believed to be a reliable source. I held off replying to this thread till I received it, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I bought an ATMT 19" LCD from scan, for the wife, and it's really quite nice. http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=468749 It's just as bright as my Hyundai ImageQuest, and not a single blown pixel. It has digital and analogue input, the wife's computer only has analogue but the quality is superb. It has some pretty crappy tinny speakers built in, to be honest they are no good to anyone. Yes we started selling Hanns-G screens a while back, ascetically I have seen better units but for the price I can't fault performance. Had one unit DoA which was replaced by a courier next day with what to all inspections appeared to be another brand new unit (not a refurb unit)
